Role Overview

This position is for a Manager HR focused on Manufacturing and Quality. It sits within the Human Resources function under the Manufacturing HR sub-function and partners with the HRBP Global Quality & Compliance. Job Summary

The role is designed for a strategic HR business partner who will support the people agenda for a Manufacturing and Global Quality organization of more than 1,000 employees. The position requires close alignment of HR priorities with business goals, a strong focus on employee experience, and effective execution of HR initiatives in coordination with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan workforce requirements and manpower budgets in line with business direction.
  • Work with leadership to build job descriptions, organizational structures, and hiring plans.
  • Help speed up approval cycles and hiring closures while maintaining turnaround expectations.
  • Keep grading, pay, and experience levels internally balanced and consistent.
  • Lead goal setting, SMART KRA creation, and the full performance management cycle.
  • Track completion of reviews through dashboards and governance mechanisms.
  • Support business leaders during calibration and normalization discussions.
  • Manage performance conversations, escalations, and special approval cases with senior leadership.
  • Create and roll out fair frameworks for promotions and role changes.
  • Spot high-potential employees and build succession plans.
  • Enable movement of talent across functions and roles.
  • Coordinate with COEs to execute focused learning and development programs, both functional and behavioral.
  • Run employee connect forums, focus group discussions, and surveys, then convert feedback into action plans.
  • Resolve employee questions related to policies, systems, and benefits in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve the employee experience through process and service enhancements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify recurring trends or improvement opportunities.
  • Support retention conversations for critical talent.
  • Handle sensitive exits, including PIP closures, in collaboration with managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems such as OneHR and Metis.
  • Prepare insights on attrition, hiring, talent, and workforce patterns for leadership use.
  • Support data-based decision-making through reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with internal business teams and corporate functions to execute improvement projects.
  • Contribute to corporate HR initiatives, projects, and transformation programs.
