Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

BEC Arabia is seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator to oversee coordination activities across multiple project sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position calls for someone with a firm leadership style, strong organizational ability, and the confidence to keep daily logistics moving efficiently across people, materials, equipment, and site resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day logistics activity across active project locations.
• Organize the movement and deployment of equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Plan site logistics in line with operational needs and make sure requirements are met on schedule.
• Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track equipment usage, transport scheduling, and other site support functions.
• Oversee workforce coordination, attendance control, and distribution of manpower.
• Draft logistics updates, monitor outstanding actions, and raise issues when needed.
• Assist with cost management, procurement-related coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain adherence to site procedures and project safety standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent relevant qualification is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction logistics or site operations.
• Background in large construction or infrastructure assignments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience coordinating equipment, manpower, and materials is essential.
• Experience dealing with several stakeholders and on-site teams is necessary.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to prioritize and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are needed.
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-moving project setting.

• Experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in major construction projects.
• Exposure to heavy equipment operations.
• Background with EPC or contracting organizations.
• Experience on large-scale Saudi projects.
