ജോലി വിവരണം
Position Summary
This role supports internal teams in shaping effective learning experiences by identifying skill gaps, organizing development pathways, and keeping learning content current. The focus is on researching, selecting, and arranging existing materials rather than creating new training content from the ground up.
You will work as a partner to business stakeholders, helping convert workforce development needs into clear learning journeys. The role uses enterprise learning tools and content libraries such as Skillsoft Percipio, Pluralsight, and LinkedIn Learning to build structured programs that support capability growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand audience needs, technical proficiency, learning objectives, and identified skill gaps.
- Search for, review, and compile relevant learning assets such as courses, videos, labs, and AI-based simulations from enterprise platforms and internal sources.
- Build organized learning paths, onboarding tracks, skill journeys, and development plans that support career and capability growth.
- Check learning content for quality, accuracy, usefulness, and alignment with business priorities before stakeholder review.
- Create and maintain learner-friendly documentation, pathway summaries, communications, and content inventories.
- Monitor content changes and learner usage patterns, then suggest improvements based on feedback and engagement data.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in learning and development, talent coordination, workforce upskilling, or a similar corporate training environment. Background as a Training Coordinator is especially valuable.
An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable. Practical performance, problem-solving ability, and execution matter more than formal education level.
Strong research skills are important, including the ability to gather detailed requirements, search broadly, and narrow large volumes of information down to the most relevant matches.
You should also bring strong communication and consulting skills, with the confidence to interview stakeholders and turn broad business needs into organized curriculum pathways.
Experience with enterprise learning platforms, LMS tools, or LXP systems is required. Familiarity with tools such as Degreed or Cornerstone is helpful.
Candidates must live in and be legally authorized to work within EST or CST time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on exposure to Skillsoft Percipio, Pluralsight, or LinkedIn Learning is an advantage, although full platform training will be provided.
- Experience researching, organizing, or mapping technical learning content for specialized audiences such as technical, sales, or customer service teams is useful.
- Basic understanding of competency models and skills frameworks is preferred.
What Success Looks Like
- Learning journeys are clearly aligned to business goals and easy for users to navigate.
- Stakeholders are satisfied with the speed, precision, and depth of the curated learning solutions.
- Platform usage grows and learners report that the content better matches their needs.
