Laundry Attendant

About the Role

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Laundry Attendant in LaGrange, Georgia. This full-time onsite position pays $12.25 per hour and plays an important part in keeping fresh linens, terry items, and other laundry available for guests and resort operations.

What You’ll Do

• Move large amounts of wet and dry linen and terry between carts, washers, and dryers.
• Monitor laundry machines during operation and report any equipment issues.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens and related items.
• Let management know when laundry supplies need to be replenished in closets.
• Sort items from laundry carts whenever possible.
• Remove lint and clean dryer filters.
• Keep track of linens that are no longer usable and have been discarded.

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in housekeeping laundry is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort with bending, stretching, and twisting.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to handle chemicals according to instructions.
