Key responsibilities

In this role, you will help ensure labor compliance across a range of construction-related processes. That includes maintaining alignment with local, state, and federal laws, managing subcontractor agreements, monitoring contracts, and reducing compliance-related risk. You will also be expected to oversee prevailing wage adherence, keep files organized and audit-ready, communicate with internal teams and outside agencies, and help train others on compliance practices.

Qualifications

The company is seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in labor compliance, contract administration, or a similar construction-related function. A strong background in subcontractor and contract management, prevailing wage rules, labor law compliance, audit work, and risk mitigation is important. Candidates should also bring strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Proficiency with standard office tools and compliance management systems is expected. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related area is preferred.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate hiring need. The salary range for the role is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
