Position Overview
STRABAG is looking for a Kalkulator:in (m/w/d) to support the preparation of precise, commercially viable construction quotations and calculation work in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercially sound offers for construction projects.
- Calculate the cost of construction services through in-house estimates and pricing requests to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist operational teams by creating technical and financial calculations.
- Consolidate individual trade calculations into one overall project calculation.
- Monitor calculations and tender preparation with full responsibility.
- Develop bid and work calculations.
- Create alternative solutions and special proposals.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in civil engineering from a university of applied sciences or technical university, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a cost estimator or in a similar role.
- Good command of MS Office and strong experience with billing and estimating software, ideally RIB iTWO.
- Independent, committed, and team-oriented working style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
- Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
