Junior Sales Executive

Role Overview

The company is looking for a customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to work in Dubai. This role is centered on assisting shoppers in the showroom, maintaining strong product awareness, and supporting sales growth through high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors courteously and provide helpful in-store assistance.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Work toward personal sales goals as well as showroom-level targets.
• Keep displays tidy, attractive, and well-organized, and maintain the overall presentation of the showroom.
• Respond to customer questions and address complaints quickly and professionally.
• Complete sales billing and transaction handling with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to confirm product availability.
• Keep up to date with product introductions, offers, and promotional activity.

Required Profile

• Prior exposure to retail sales or showroom-based selling is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A positive service mindset and customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory tools.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi or another Indian language will be an advantage.
• Should be well presented and maintain a professional appearance.

Working Schedule

The role follows a 6-day work week, according to company policy.
