- Produce clean, reusable, and maintainable code that follows established standards.
- Improve site and application performance, speed, and scalability.
- Maintain compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Diagnose front-end bugs and apply practical fixes.
- Support the connection between front-end components, APIs, and backend services.
- Take part in code reviews and team discussions.
- Keep up with new front-end tools, frameworks, and trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar area, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience gained through internships, freelance work, personal projects, or academic work.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Basic familiarity with React.js.
- Understanding of responsive web design concepts.
- Exposure to TypeScript fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control.
- Awareness of REST APIs and web services.
- Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred exposure to Next.js or other modern front-end frameworks, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, web accessibility standards (WCAG), testing tools such as Jest or Cypress, Agile or Scrum practices, and a portfolio of personal or academic projects.
Benefits
- Structured training and mentorship.
- Remote work setup with hybrid flexibility mentioned as an option.
- Support for professional development and certifications.
- Private healthcare coverage and a pension plan.
- Opportunities for career growth.
- Paid annual leave and wellness initiatives.
