Junior Data Analyst

Role overview

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis, reporting practices, and visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or similar data tools.
• Exposure to SQL, querying, and data management concepts is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies or errors in data.
• Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management, prioritization, and deadline-handling skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and contributing collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and analytical methods.
• A proactive mindset and interest in using data to improve business outcomes.
