Junior Bartender

About the Role

La Petite Maison (LPM) is inviting a Junior Bartender to join its Abu Dhabi restaurant. The brand is known for refined French-Mediterranean dining, attentive service, and a hospitality style centered on memorable guest experiences.

This opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, where you will support the bar team in creating a warm, polished, and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.

What You Will Do

• Help create memorable guest moments by delivering service with warmth, personality, and attention to detail.
• Keep the bar area clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene standards, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Work closely with fellow team members in a cooperative environment and contribute to a positive team spirit.

What You Need

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Good organizational skills and effective time management.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• High school diploma.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
