Role summary
The Junior Account Executive will support company growth by strengthening client relationships, spotting new sales opportunities, and matching customer needs with suitable solutions. The role calls for a motivated, target-focused professional who communicates well and enjoys selling.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with current clients, including handling renewals and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Follow up warm leads and pursue fresh business opportunities to grow the customer base
- Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals that are adapted to each client
- Work closely with internal colleagues to deliver products or services smoothly and maintain excellent service levels
- Consistently work toward and surpass sales goals and performance measures
- Keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and wider industry trends to contribute useful commercial insight
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Record client conversations, sales activity, and forecasts accurately in CRM systems
Requirements
- Degree-level education
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Comfort working on your own as well as collaboratively
- Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
- Proven results focus with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
