Role Overview

This full-time junior IT Support Officer role is based in Australia and is suited to someone who is eager to build a career in technical support. The position focuses on helping users, solving day-to-day technology issues, and keeping IT systems running reliably.

What You'll Do

Act as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related support issues.
Set up, configure, and look after computers, devices, and business applications.
