About the Role

FusionTek is a managed service provider serving small and mid-sized businesses with IT infrastructure management and support. It is expanding its team and looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who performs well in a fast-moving environment, works closely with clients, and understands IT services and project execution.

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise project engineers and manage the team in a people-manager capacity, including coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Own part of the department’s success by understanding profitability, resource allocation, and how project work affects MSP growth.
  • Serve as the main client contact for project communications, status updates, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate technical resources so assigned tasks are completed according to the plan.
  • Keep project documentation accurate, including plans, schedules, budgets, change orders, and closeout records.
  • Identify possible risks early, track them, and take action to reduce impact.

Requirements
