Role Overview
This role is centered on driving outbound sales for the India market while managing and growing a team of SDRs. The position requires ownership of outreach performance, pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with marketing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound selling efforts for the India market using methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Supervise, coach, and expand the SDR team.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly goals and monitor team achievement against targets.
- Maintain strong lead flow and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts to support predictable revenue planning.
- Work closely with the marketing and product functions to ensure outbound activity is aligned.
- Review call performance, conversion data, and outreach effectiveness to improve results.
- Compile and share sales performance reports with senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
- Minimum 12 years of team management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the India market, which is mandatory.
- Hands-on exposure to B2B and SaaS sales environments.
- Solid command of cold calling, email outreach, and sales funnel management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Comfort using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Goal-oriented approach backed by data analysis and performance tracking.
