Role Overview
NoBroker is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for its Sales team in Bengaluru. This role is suited to someone who enjoys real estate sales, lead conversion, and building strong customer relationships while contributing to a fast-growing proptech business.

Location and Work Details
- Work location: Kaikondrahalli, Bengaluru (Bangalore)
- Job type: Full-time
- Work pattern: Day shift with flexible hours
- Shift window: 9 hours within 8 AM to 10 PM
- Working days: 6 days a week with one weekday off
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective business opportunities and actively engage potential customers.
- Communicate the product value clearly and develop strong client relationships.
- Understand customer concerns and offer suitable solutions.
- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and support conversion efforts.
- Maintain a high standard of service to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work toward sales closure and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
NoBroker is looking for a driven sales professional with a strong interest in real estate and a confident approach to customer interaction. Graduation is not compulsory, although candidates with Graduation or HSC qualification can apply. The role calls for solid communication, interpersonal ability, numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making. English and Hindi are mandatory, while Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi would be an added advantage. Comfort with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is also expected.
