Role overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join Ameesa Medical Corp. in a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the smooth running of daily HR activities and supporting the people operations function across the organization.
What you will handle
- Oversee routine HR administration and keep employee records accurate and up to date.
- Support hiring activities and help coordinate the recruitment workflow.
- Arrange onboarding and orientation for new joiners so they can settle in effectively.
- Assist with performance management processes and related follow-up actions.
- Contribute to creating, reviewing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions in line with business objectives and local requirements.
- Deal with employee relations concerns and respond to HR queries in a timely manner.
- Support learning, training, and development efforts that encourage a positive and compliant workplace.
Required background
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The role calls for practical experience in day-to-day HR operations, along with familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector is preferred.
Skills and working style
