Role Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support employees across the entire lifecycle by handling onboarding, HRIS tasks, and day-to-day coordination of HR programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Help the HR team with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Keep the HRIS updated for all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle questions, requests, and concerns from employees.
  • Explain HR policies, programs, and procedures to employees and managers in a clear and helpful way.
  • Act as the main contact for new hire onboarding and support employees as they join the company.
  • Ensure employee digital files remain complete and current, and assist with HR reporting and audit-related requests.
  • Support the design, documentation, and rollout of HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Process first-round unemployment claims and employment verification requests.
  • Provide general support to the HR team while delivering core HR services to the workforce.
  • Help identify team needs, suggest process improvements, and support implementation.
  • Coordinate company-wide activities such as benefits fairs, volunteer initiatives, and team celebrations.
  • Assist the recruiting team with staffing-related support work.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all sensitive information and records.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 6 months of administrative experience is required; internship experience can count toward this requirement.
  • A GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of internship or professional experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Working familiarity with labor law basics and interest in HR trends and updates is preferred.
  • Experience performing well in fast-paced, constantly changing environments is preferred.
  • Previous use of Workday, Greenhouse, and UltiPro is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are preferred.
  • Background in HR operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and step in where needed is preferred.
  • Comfort working with employees and managers at all levels is preferred.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-through is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is USD 76,000 to 132,000 annually.
