Role overview
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, reporting, and day-to-day employee assistance at Sdeira Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Recruitment coordination
- Arrange interviews end to end by aligning candidate and hiring manager availability.
- Keep candidates informed about interview logistics, feedback, and follow-up steps.
- Post vacancies on hiring platforms and internal recruitment systems.
- Keep applicant pipelines current and update recruitment trackers on a regular basis.
- Help draft offer letters and organize pre-employment paperwork.
Onboarding and offboarding
- Support new joiners through documentation collection, system access setup, and induction scheduling.
- Coordinate with IT, administration, and line managers to arrange workstations and access permissions.
- Track completion of joining requirements such as visa, medical, and labour-related documents.
- Handle exit formalities, including clearance, document processing, and coordination of final settlement.
HR administration
- Update employee information in HR platforms such as Oracle Fusion and SAP.
- Organize and maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare HR documents including employment letters, salary certificates, and NOCs.
- Assist with leave administration and attendance monitoring.
Employee support
- Serve as the initial HR contact for questions about policies and procedures.
- Help resolve employee issues or route them to the correct HR contact.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
Reporting and compliance
- Maintain dashboards and trackers covering recruitment, onboarding, and employee data.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
- Support adherence to UAE labour regulations and internal HR policies.
- Provide documents and records needed during audits.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- Two to four years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations is needed.
- Prior exposure to recruitment support and onboarding workflows is expected.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.
- Clear verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal ability is important.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, are required.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Oracle Fusion or SAP is preferred.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially are necessary.
- The role requires comfort in a fast-moving, deadline-focused environment.
