Role Overview
An established road and infrastructure organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and ready to start immediately. This position is based in the UAE and is intended for candidates with hands-on HR operations exposure, especially within the local regulatory environment.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee onboarding and exit process from start to finish.
- Keep employee files accurate, up to date, and properly organized in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee benefits tasks.
- Handle the preparation, tracking, and follow-up of visa, labour, and other required statutory documents.
- Support adherence to internal policies as well as UAE labour legislation and related compliance standards.
- Provide routine operational assistance to both staff members and management on HR-related matters.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of HR operations experience in the UAE.
- Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and general HR procedures.
- Experience with employee records management, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with visa processing, labour documentation, and employee paperwork workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
