Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
  • Keep HR records, documentation, and systems up to date while protecting confidentiality and meeting compliance standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, including employee communication, required paperwork, system access, and coordination with other teams.
  • Assist with payroll activities, benefits administration, 401(k) tasks, audits, reporting, and employee data upkeep.
  • Help with compliance work, policy administration, documentation, and adherence to employment rules and regulations.
  • Assist recruiting efforts such as posting jobs, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating hiring steps.
  • Respond to employee questions and route issues to the correct internal contact when needed.
  • Support office administration, workplace operations, vendor coordination, and technology setup or exit for employees.
  • Contribute to engagement programs, recognition efforts, company events, and initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Prepare reports, monitor metrics, maintain accurate information, and assist with HR projects and special assignments.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Recruiting, or a similar business support role is preferred.
  • An associate degree is required; comparable education and relevant experience may also be considered.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject is preferred.
  • aPHR or PHR certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
