Role Overview

TOD’S Group is hiring a Human Resources Assistant in Singapore to support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. The role combines recruitment coordination, HR operations, payroll administration, employee engagement, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, publishing vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes to help ensure employees have a smooth start and finish to their employment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and maintain productive working relationships to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Keep employee information accurate and current in the HRIS, including leave data, attendance, and personnel files.
  • Prepare recurring HR reports and compile relevant data for internal use.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll vendors in Singapore, Australia, and Thailand.
  • Take care of everyday HR administration such as probation tracking, business card requests, invoice processing, and document handling.
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives and company events, including annual dinners and recreational activities.
  • Provide operational support for training and development programmes.
  • Contribute to day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas.
  • Handle additional HR tasks and special assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred; experience in retail will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks at once.
