Role Overview

This position is for an HR Recruiter who will support hiring across multiple business functions, with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing, and support profiles. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing candidate interactions, and contributing to the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and interview candidates for diverse openings, especially in sales, marketing, and support functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and plan suitable hiring approaches.
• Keep candidate communication timely, clear, and professional to create a strong recruitment experience.
• Contribute to the complete hiring workflow, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding support.
• Assist with onboarding activities so new employees can transition smoothly into the company.
• Update recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring dashboards accurately.
• Share regular progress reports and hiring updates with the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this role, making it open to candidates from varied educational backgrounds.

Compensation

The offered pay is in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
