Role Overview
TAWANTECH is looking for a Saudi HR Operations professional with prior experience in the real estate industry to manage core day-to-day HR processes and help ensure adherence to Saudi employment regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee joining and exit processes from start to finish.
- Keep employee files, records, and HR systems accurate and up to date.
- Oversee GOSI-related work, employment contracts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with payroll coordination and monitor attendance data.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law as well as internal HR procedures.
- Respond to employee requests for leave, employment letters, and benefit-related matters.
- Liaise with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Saudi national.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations is required.
- Previous exposure to the real estate sector is necessary.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR administration practices is expected.
- Comfort working with HR systems and government portals is required.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities are important.
