Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete payroll cycle, encompassing salary computations, Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) filings, and adherence to all statutory regulations.
• Ensure the punctual submission of challans for diverse deductions, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Professional Tax (PT), Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), among others.
• Maintain meticulous records for employee attendance and manage leave requests efficiently.
• Contribute to the management of generalist HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and facilitating training and development initiatives.
