Hospitality Assistant

Role overview

We are hiring a Hospitality Assistant to act as a welcoming presence for the business and provide excellent guest service for CH&CO. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, England, United Kingdom, with a contracted schedule of 40 hours per week. You will be part of a team that takes pride in the food it serves, the brand it represents, and the people it supports.

What the role involves

• Welcome guests warmly and make sure they leave with a positive impression.
• Deliver smooth, personalised service that feels easy and efficient for customers.
• Stay well informed about the menu and guide guests with helpful suggestions.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the brand and uphold a professional image at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements carefully.
• Observe health and safety procedures in day-to-day work.
