Role Overview
An opening is available for an HR-cum-Hospital Administrator at RJ MEDICITY, a multi-specialty hospital based in Silchar, Assam. The position combines human resources coordination with hospital administration and day-to-day operational oversight.
Eligibility
- Applicants should hold a degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and hospital administration is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational abilities are expected.
- Working knowledge of MS Office along with HR documentation handling is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring activities, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and upkeep of employee records.
- Supervise routine hospital administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Make sure HR policies, statutory obligations, and hospital processes are followed properly.
- Liaise with doctors, nursing teams, vendors, and management as required.
- Address staff concerns, employee relations matters, grievances, and general administrative needs.
- Keep HR and administrative files updated and assist in preparing MIS reports.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual CTC for this role is between ₹2.4 lakhs and ₹3.0 lakhs. Food and accommodation are provided.
