- Lead detailed due diligence across financial, operational, clinical, regulatory, compliance, technology, and commercial areas.
- Develop financial models, carry out valuation work, and structure transactions that support the organization’s long-term goals.
- Direct integration efforts after an acquisition, including Day 1 preparation, 100-day planning, synergy capture, cultural alignment, and operational coordination.
- Work with executive leadership on de novo expansion planning, site development approaches, licensing routes, and launch execution.
- Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and adjacent opportunities that can broaden services and expand market reach.
- Prepare board-level and executive presentations and reports, while supporting long-range strategic planning and capital allocation discussions.
What the role requires

- Strong hands-on experience with M&A activities, including valuation, modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Clear understanding of post-merger integration, change management, synergy delivery, and enterprise transformation.
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and strategic growth in regulated healthcare environments.
- Excellent analytical ability, financial judgment, strategic planning capability, and executive-level communication skills.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, legal, compliance, technology, HR, and clinical teams.
- A dependable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote executive work.
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment background and compliance checks.
