Role overview
Poolhouse is hiring a Graphic Designer to shape how the brand appears across digital, print, and motion channels. Working with the Marketing and Creative teams, you will produce visually strong assets for campaigns, social content, paid media, websites, email, and in-venue experiences. The role calls for a mix of creative thinking and efficient production, so the team can move quickly while still upholding high brand standards.

Key responsibilities
- Create design assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Build and update scalable templates and design systems for ongoing content needs.
- Develop motion graphics for campaigns, digital displays, and social-led content.
- Design print collateral such as menus, brochures, signage, flyers, and venue materials.
- Prepare artwork for production and ensure print specifications are followed accurately.
- Support campaign rollouts through idea development, design refinement, and quick iteration.
- Work closely with the Senior Creative and Marketing team to keep brand execution consistent.
- Turn content plans and campaign ideas into compelling visual solutions.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, versioning, and more efficient production.
- Stay organised with strong file management and version control across multiple projects.
Skills and expertise
You should bring a strong grounding in typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy, along with a portfolio that shows flexibility across digital, print, and motion work. Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is important, as is the ability to create social-first content that reflects platform best practice. A solid grasp of print production, pre-press, bleed, colour management, and finishing techniques is also needed. The team values excellent organisation, attention to detail, comfort working at pace, and a collaborative communication style. Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or venue-led brands would be a plus, and illustration, 3D, or advanced motion capabilities are an added advantage.
