Role responsibilities

From the first day, the trainee will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility and broad exposure to the business. The role develops capability in:

• Customer service delivery, including managing reservations, answering enquiries, and building strong relationships with a wide range of customers.
• Sales and marketing activities, such as engaging local business partners, expanding professional networks, and nurturing long-term connections.
• Financial awareness and control, including managing costs and understanding profit and loss statements.
• Operations and logistics, including fleet management, planning, and performance improvement.
• Leadership development, including supporting, coaching, training, and eventually managing team members.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree where applicable.
• A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU is required; reasonable adjustments can be made for applicants who do not drive because of a disability.
• No drug- or alcohol-related offence should appear on the driving record within the last five years.
