About the Role

LD Total is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic General Nursery Hand to support day-to-day nursery operations. This is a practical outdoor position suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an interest in plants, and values maintaining a high standard of care and presentation.

The role will involve helping keep plants healthy, well maintained, and prepared for use across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out potting, planting, and pruning activities.
• Support pest, disease, and weed management tasks.
• Load and unload nursery stock as required.
• Keep the work area tidy, organised, and safe.
• Assist with general nursery maintenance and any other duties assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in horticulture or plant care.
• Comfort with outdoor, physical, and practical work.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• A dependable, punctual person who works well in a team.
• Prior nursery or horticulture experience is helpful but not mandatory.
