Role Overview
This position is focused on creating a guest arrival and departure experience that feels seamless, warm, and memorable. Rather than simply handling check-in and check-out, the role involves supporting guests throughout their stay, responding to requests, managing operational tasks, preparing reports, and sharing helpful local recommendations so that each interaction feels like part of the overall experience.
Core Duties
The front desk professional is expected to take ownership of day-to-day guest service needs and move proactively to complete tasks that improve the stay experience. The role calls for hands-on support across operational and guest-facing responsibilities.
Work Standards and Physical Requirements
Success in this role depends on consistently maintaining a safe workplace, following company procedures, protecting confidential information, safeguarding company assets, and upholding quality standards. Professional grooming, appearance, and communication are essential at all times. The job requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, along with physical handling of objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent GED is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and there is no supervisory experience requirement. No license or certification is needed for this role.
