The company is working on a new way for global organizations to manage people-related matters across borders. The AI handles the research process, while experienced practitioners bring the judgment needed to turn that research into practical action.
The Role
This is not a full-time job. Instead, Employmint is creating a founding network of senior HR professionals who take on assignments as they arise. AI-prepared research briefs are shared before you step in, and you decide your hourly rate, review the engagement details, and choose whether to take the work. The role is structured as high-impact advisory support: less time spent searching policy documents, more time applying the experience you have developed over your career.
As a Founding HR Partner, you will support HR teams at multinational companies facing real workplace issues such as terminations across multiple jurisdictions, leave policy alignment, contractor classification, compensation compliance, restructuring, and similar complex matters.
What You Will Do
- Provide guidance on difficult HR situations by reviewing AI-prepared research and offering practical, jurisdiction-aware advice to teams making workforce decisions. You act as the expert who validates the final direction.
- Check and improve AI-generated findings by using your practitioner judgment to confirm, refine, or correct the analysis before it is shared with the client.
- Create client-ready outputs when required, including compliance summaries, policy recommendations, or risk assessments. You review the prepared engagement summary, decide your quote, and deliver the final work on your own terms.
- Help strengthen the platform from within, since the cases you resolve contribute to the growing intelligence of the product and shape how the system scales expert knowledge.
