Founder’s Associate (m/f/d)

Role overview

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founders to help accelerate Bliq’s commercial priorities. This role is broad, high-impact, and suited to a sharp generalist who can switch between different business problems and deliver tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute commercial initiatives across marketing, growth, and revenue, turning market insights and data into practical plans that strengthen the company’s position as it expands driverless services.
• Find and develop relationships with prospective partners, including corporate organizations, ride-hailing platforms, mobility companies, and investors, while helping build persuasive pitches based on Bliq’s traction with drivers and passengers.
• Handle operational challenges linked to expansion into new markets and coordinate cross-functional work with engineering, operations, and marketing so the driverless ride-hailing launch is commercially ready.
• Set performance metrics, review business data, and prepare updates and reports for leadership and investors to support campaign optimization and decision-making.

Profile

• You are a flexible problem-solver with experience in, or a strong interest in, business, marketing, consulting, or startups, and you are able to learn quickly while managing several priorities at once.
• You bring an entrepreneurial attitude, are comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and are willing to take initiative and exceed expectations in support of Bliq’s mission.
• You have sound commercial judgment and can use structured thinking to support growth; familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic data analysis is an added advantage.
• You communicate clearly and can adapt complex ideas into simple messages for different audiences.
• You work well with diverse teams, stay humble, and care about purpose and impact as much as results.
