Data privacy and hiring process
Applications are reviewed through an AI-supported matching process designed to shortlist candidates against the role’s core requirements in a fast, objective, and fair way. The resulting shortlist is then shared with the hiring company, whose internal team manages interviews, assessments, final selection, and next steps.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data will be processed to evaluate candidacy and shared with the employer as needed for recruitment. This processing relies on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Candidates may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection at any time.
AI tools may also assist with parts of the hiring workflow, including resume review, application analysis, response assessment, and identifying possible inconsistencies or verification indicators.
