Applicants are ideally qualified in project management or engineering and should bring management experience gained in a busy 24-hour hospitality or retail setting. A strong history of keeping facilities operating at a consistently high standard is essential.
Role purpose
The position covers facilities management across multiple locations, including the planning, costing, execution, and delivery of projects, alongside day-to-day maintenance and preventative upkeep of existing sites. The work also includes health and safety, fire safety, and security responsibilities.
Key responsibilities

- Maintain statutory compliance across site services.
- Keep all sites secure and compliant with legal obligations.
- Operate and manage the emergency call-out process for security, alarm, and urgent issues.
- Direct mechanical services repairs and renewal activities.
- Maintain high standards and introduce improvements in line with best practice and business/legal requirements.
- Manage health and safety compliance across operations.
- Ensure fire safety procedures are implemented and followed.
