Position Overview

Merak Capital is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Partner with organizing, scheduling, planning, and managing daily priorities and engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the Partner across both personal and managerial tasks.
  • Handle calendar planning, scheduling coordination, travel bookings, expense monitoring, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist with the organization and scheduling of external conferences and events.
  • Serve as the first point of control for incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, memos, and phone calls.
  • Keep Partner-related documents, files, and materials systematically organized for internal and external use.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Partner’s work and organizational matters.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather briefing materials, and brief the Partner with key takeaways before board, investor, and routine meetings.
  • Support the creation of talking points, investor communications, internal memos, and presentation decks.
  • Monitor action items and follow up to ensure teams complete agreed decisions and next steps.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • At least 1 to 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, office administration, or similar role.
  • Strong professional ethics, discretion, and integrity are essential.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
