A fast-moving business in Dublin 2 is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive involved in multiple business interests.

What you will do

  • Manage several busy email inboxes efficiently and keep communications organised.
  • Coordinate complex calendars and arrange meetings across different time zones.
  • Handle dictation and typing tasks, with recording equipment provided.
  • Prepare, edit, and polish written correspondence.
