Executive Assistant, Amazon Private Brands

Role overview

Amazon Private Brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Consumables Private Brands North America leadership team and act as the main contact for APB space planning. The position blends high-level administrative support with coordination of office space activities for the wider APB organization, and also provides backup assistance to the Lead EA.

This is an in-office role requiring presence five days per week.

What you will do

You will support senior leaders by managing demanding calendars, communications, and shifting priorities. The role calls for the ability to spot issues early, resolve them before they grow, and handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion. You will also work closely with internal and external partners, completing time-sensitive tasks with limited direction.

As the APB Space Point of Contact, you will coordinate space planning work across the organization, including office moves within North American Stores. You will drive cross-functional efforts that improve how the organization operates, refine space-related processes, and act as the primary resource for APB space planning needs. In addition, you will help create a positive team environment, strengthen working relationships across groups, and step in to support the Lead EA when needed.

Compensation includes base pay, sign-on payments, and restricted stock units. Final pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
