Role Overview
This permanent Executive Assistant position is based in Frankfurt am Main’s banking district and supports senior investment leaders at a globally recognised private equity firm. The role is well suited to someone with experience in financial services or professional services who thrives in a demanding, deal-oriented environment.
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule with one day of home office. Compensation is stated to be significantly above Frankfurt market levels for private equity, and the overall package includes a broad range of benefits such as wellness support and European off-site activities.
You would join a high-performing EA group that works both independently and as a coordinated team to support key projects and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to a Managing Director, Senior Investment Director, and Associate.
- Keep multiple complex calendars organised and arrange international travel across different time zones.
- Draft and process expense claims, presentations, and internal communications.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact and communication link between global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and support event coordination and planning.
- Work closely with executive assistants and business support colleagues around the world.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience assisting senior leaders in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a law firm.
- Strong ability to prioritise work and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in German at native level and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- A polished, discreet, and service-focused professional approach.
- Confident use of MS Office tools and a sharp eye for detail.
- Collaborative mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
