Overview
This role is focused on helping maintain a safe, spotless, and hygienic setting for everyone using the service. You will support the delivery of a professional cleaning service and contribute to the Trust’s cleaning standards by working to agreed frequencies and schedules aligned with National Standards of Cleanliness.
Both full-time and part-time hours are available.
What you will do
- Help keep the environment clean and hygienic at all times.
- Work in line with the Trust’s Cleaning Plan and follow the required cleaning schedules.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with patients, visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Communicate politely and clearly, making sure instructions that affect safety are understood.
- Protect the security of the premises and the surrounding environment.
- Follow all set procedures related to key control and personal safety.
- Support waste and refuse removal, including correct bag use and labelling practices.
