D365 CRM Data Analyst

Role overview

A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a D365 CRM Data Analyst for an immediate start on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong chance of continuation. The role is based in Sydney and follows a hybrid setup, requiring one day in the office every fortnight.

The position focuses on building a single, trusted customer view and bringing consistency to data across Snowflake, D365 CRM, and a customer data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a unified customer view across systems.
• Set up identity resolution and a strategy for first-party identifiers.
• Bring Snowflake, D365 CRM, and CDP data into alignment.
• Create consistent definitions for data used across platforms.
• Map data to business concepts and how the information will be used.
• Organise data so it can be reused across multiple downstream applications.

Required experience and capabilities

• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms such as Customer Insights, Segment, or Tealium.
• Ability to model data across multiple systems.
• Experience with identity resolution and master data management.
• Solid knowledge of CRM structures, including accounts, contacts, and leads.
• Understanding of data warehousing, with Snowflake as the preferred platform.
• Capability to build scalable and well-structured data models and reconcile conflicting definitions of the same data point.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Comfortable translating complex data ideas into clear, simple language.

Contract details

This is a 12-month contract role. The assignment is intended to begin immediately, and interviews are expected to run in two stages starting next week with the end client.

Compensation

Day rate is $850 to $950 inclusive of superannuation.
