About the role

This opening is for customer support professionals at a BPO environment in Noida, Gurgaon, and Lucknow. The role involves handling customer interactions across voice, chat, email, and blended support channels, depending on the location and process.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer questions and service issues through phone, email, chat, or social channels.
• Guide customers on product or service usage, features, and policy details so they can make the most of what they have purchased.
• Review complaints, calm difficult situations, and work toward fair and effective resolutions.
• Record customer conversations, concerns, and outcomes accurately in the CRM for future tracking.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate specialist team when required.
• Capture customer feedback and share useful insights with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain the company’s standards for response time, communication quality, and service behavior.

Location-wise process details

Noida: International process; boys are assigned rotational shifts, girls have day shifts. Good English is required. Work is from the office. One-side cab support is provided. Shift length is 9 hours. Working days are 5 per week. Quarterly bonus and incentives are offered. There are 3 interview rounds. Walk-in interviews are being conducted.

Gurgaon: Blended process; both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Rotational shifts apply for both boys and girls. Work is from the office. One-side cab support is provided. Shift length is 9 hours. Working days are 5 per week. Quarterly bonus and incentives are offered. There are 3 interview rounds. Walk-in interviews are being conducted.

Lucknow: Chat process; freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Boys are on rotational shifts, while girls have day shifts. Work is from the office. Shift length is 9 hours. Working days are 6 per week. Quarterly bonus and incentives are offered. Incentives are included, and salary can go up to INR 25,000 in hand. There are 3 interview rounds. Walk-in interviews are being conducted.

Eligibility

Applicants should be graduates. Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply. The role is open for UG and graduate candidates, depending on the location and process requirements.
