• Keep thorough and accurate records of conversations, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Check back with customers to confirm their issue has been fully resolved and that they are satisfied.

Customer Experience

• Create strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.

Administrative and Systems Support

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-first mindset.
• Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or comparable software.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is an advantage.
