Role Overview

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service ability, a full New Zealand driver licence, and enthusiasm for automotive parts. The role is a full-time position, worked Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings.

What You Will Do

• Assist trade customers at the counter and by phone.
• Guide customers toward the correct vehicle parts and practical solutions.
• Pick, pack, and process orders with care and accuracy.
• Identify chances to suggest additional or related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.

What You Need

• Previous customer service experience; experience in automotive or trade environments will be an advantage.
• Solid computer skills, with basic Excel knowledge considered a bonus.
• Real interest in cars or automotive parts.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team.
