Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Credit Controller to join the Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position focuses on supporting day-to-day credit control activity, keeping customer accounts in good order, and helping ensure overdue balances are recovered promptly.
The successful applicant will work with customers and internal teams to keep records accurate, handle account-related queries, and support healthy cash flow through consistent credit management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle standard customer questions about invoices and payments.
- Keep customer account details accurate and up to date in the finance system.
- Assist with month-end tasks, including preparing aged debt reports.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should have prior exposure to credit control, accounts receivable, or finance administration. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is required. Experience with ERP or accounting software would be an advantage.

Additional Information
The role reports to the Head of Credit Control and is based at the Head Office in Limerick. Pay will be aligned to the candidate’s experience.
