ജോലി വിവരണം

About the Company

Gardeners Crate is an Australian brand created for home gardeners. Its purpose is to help everyday people care for their gardens without unnecessary effort, heavy tools, or depending on someone else. The brand sees customers as more than buyers; they are part of a community that has regained confidence, reclaimed their garden, and in many cases rediscovered a part of themselves.

The team is small, enthusiastic, and proudly Australian, building something meaningful and long-term.

Why This Role Exists

Content production is currently handled by the founders, and this position is intended to take over the day-to-day work of finding, briefing, and coordinating creators. That shift allows the founders to stay focused on strategy and brand direction.

This is not a plug-and-play role with an existing operating system. The function is being created from the ground up, and the person in this position will help shape the workflows and processes directly with the founders.

The ideal candidate should already know how to build and improve this kind of function rather than waiting for a ready-made playbook. The role suits someone who can apply their past experience immediately to help the business move faster.

What You Will Do

You will be involved across several parts of the creator and content workflow from day one.

  • Discover creators across multiple platforms and categories, including TikTok, Instagram, Upwork, Fiverr, Airtasker, and other channels.
  • Review and assess creators from an early shortlist already in progress, while also adding new prospects.
  • Build the right mix of creators across UGC, B-roll, lawn care content, and related formats.
  • Look beyond obvious sources to identify stronger creators using deeper research methods and search tactics.
  • Understand the brand well enough to ensure each creator truly connects with the mission, not just the brief.
  • Create clear, practical briefs for UGC and B-roll creators so expectations are precise and output is engaging.
  • Coordinate shoots, manage deadlines, and ensure content is delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary contact for creators and keep communication smooth and professional.
  • Manage payments fairly and promptly within the weekly budget provided.
  • Secure content usage rights at the start of every engagement.
  • Maintain strong creator relationships so people feel respected, motivated, and keen to continue working with the brand.
  • Continuously explore new ways to present products in scroll-stopping, relatable, and visually engaging ways.
  • Review competitor and creator activity each week to identify patterns, ideas, and creative opportunities worth testing.
  • Track creator activity in a simple system that records who made what, when it was created, and where it is being used.
  • Monitor performance, identify what works and what does not, and use those learnings to improve decisions over time.
  • Develop SOPs progressively as the function grows so the work can scale effectively.

Role Growth

The role begins as a highly hands-on position where you personally source creators, write briefs, coordinate shoots, and manage relationships. That hands-on phase is intentional because the business wants someone who understands the function deeply before building systems around it.

Over time, the role is expected to expand into ownership of the wider content engine, with recurring creator relationships, smoother briefing processes, consistent content delivery, and eventually support from a small team as volume increases.

Who You Are

You should bring direct experience in DTC ecommerce or consumer products, along with practical involvement working with UGC creators, content creators, or influencers. A strong understanding of how the creator economy operates is essential.

You need a strong creative eye, the ability to tell what will truly capture attention, and experience producing creator briefs that lead to authentic, effective content. You should also be able to research deeply and uncover strong creators that others might overlook.

Equally important is the ability to connect with the brand’s values and communicate them clearly to creators. The role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building, communicates well, stays organised across many moving parts, and can create systems independently.

Comfort with everyday digital tools such as Google Drive and Meta Ads Manager is expected, and a good instinct for Australian culture and audience preferences is important.

Bonus Experience

Additional advantage will go to candidates with background in lawn care, gardening, or outdoor products and lifestyle. Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs is also considered valuable.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, with the exact amount determined by experience.
  • Direct exposure to founders who previously built and scaled an ecommerce business to more than 100,000 customers from the ground up.
  • Access to a mentor network with collective experience building brands that have generated hundreds of millions in revenue.
  • Real ownership of the function you build, with room for the role to expand as the brand grows.
  • Fully remote working with autonomy over your schedule and work environment.
  • An opportunity to work on a brand you can genuinely believe in.

Important Notes

The company is very clear that it moves quickly on poor fit. For the right person, the role starts part-time, develops into a full-time position, and scales along with the business.

The position is remote and initially part-time to full-time. It is based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, but can be performed remotely.

How To Apply

Applicants are asked to send a portfolio of relevant work, a short note explaining their interest, and responses to the screening questions. The first message should begin with the word “creative” to confirm they have read the brief carefully.

Screening Questions

  • If a creator with 200K followers is a perfect brand fit and another with 800 followers is also a perfect fit, which would you prioritise first and why? Keep your response within 75 words.
  • How would you create a list of 20 possible lawn-care creators on TikTok and Instagram within 48 hours? Explain the specific platforms, search methods, and your decision-making process for outreach.
  • Identify 2 to 3 lawn transformation videos on TikTok or Instagram that would be strong inspiration for the brand. Include links and briefly explain what is effective about each one, what makes the hook strong, and why the audience would respond.
  • Describe a creator you discovered in the past who others may have missed, but who produced excellent content for a brand. Explain how you spotted them. Keep it to 4 sentences.
  • This role begins hands-on and without a playbook. Share one specific part of how you work that makes you a strong fit, and one concern you genuinely have. Avoid generic answers.
