Role overview
Datalyst is hiring a Creative Designer to strengthen its marketing function with more in-house creative capability. This is a newly created position that will support brand growth as the business expands, producing strong visual work across brand, marketing, sales, and digital channels.
The role is highly hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys moving quickly, balancing several projects at once, and turning ideas into polished creative output. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to shape campaign concepts, deliver print and digital assets, and make sure all creative output supports commercial goals and stays true to the brand.
A portfolio must be included with the application.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain high-quality visual materials for campaigns, sales collateral, social media, presentations, and website content.
- Convert briefs into clear, effective design work that is aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Help keep the Seriös Group identity consistent across internal and external channels.
- Take ownership of campaign ideas and visual storytelling across priority sectors and propositions.
- Create digital assets such as web pages, landing pages, and campaign creatives, including assets for LinkedIn ads.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to understand needs and recommend the right creative solutions.
- Handle several projects and deadlines at the same time while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and improve templates, reusable design assets, and brand guidelines to support long-term consistency.
- Keep current with design trends, new tools, and emerging AI capabilities, and use them where they add value.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a design-focused role, ideally in-house, though agency experience will also be considered.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work.
- Advanced-level capability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for both digital and print, including website design and UX-related work.
- Solid knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience producing assets for web and social platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence using AI tools to speed up and support design workflows.
- Motion, video, and editing skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro are highly desirable.
- Experience with Figma or a comparable tool is desirable.
- Background in a B2B or technology-led environment is desirable.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to help work with an agency web team is desirable.
