About Epassi

Epassi is a European wellbeing tech company focused on making everyday life better through employee benefit solutions. Founded in Finland in 2007, it introduced Europe’s first mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in 2008 and has since expanded into multiple markets with a broadening product range. The company has been recognised several times by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses.

Role overview

Epassi is looking for a Creative Consultant to join its UK team from the Haywards Heath office, working as the dedicated creative partner within a close delivery team. This role suits a creative professional with around 3–4 years of experience who wants full ownership of client projects and enjoys seeing their work shape real employee wellbeing experiences.

You will take charge of the visual and experiential design of the Zest platform’s employee portals, working closely with Project Consultants who manage the client relationship and overall delivery. The setup gives you space to focus on creative output while collaborating throughout the process and reviewing assets together before they go to the client.

What you will own

  • Guide the creative process for client portal projects from initial discovery through to final asset handover, often across several live projects at once.
  • Turn client brand identity and stakeholder feedback into engaging portal experiences that feel native to the platform.
  • Develop and maintain a shared internal bank of templates, design components and creative assets that improves speed and consistency across the team.
  • Help refine the creative delivery workflow and contribute ideas that improve the client experience.
  • Make sure all creative output follows information security, data protection and intellectual property standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Run remote design workshops with client stakeholders to gather brand guidance, creative direction and portal goals.
  • Create wireframes and visual concepts that define structure, widget placement, image areas and interactive components within the Zest platform.
  • Design digital assets such as hero visuals, background artwork, banners, icons and other portal graphics.
  • Plan, source, edit and optimise video and motion assets for video and movie-background widgets.
  • Use stock libraries, AI-supported tools and third-party resources to source and adapt content while staying within licensing rules.
  • Pass finished assets and design instructions to the Project Consultant so portal build and configuration can be completed clearly and efficiently.
  • Join project meetings to present concepts and incorporate input from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Review the creative work before launch to check visual quality and brand alignment.
  • Deliver training to clients on updating images, uploading videos and customising widgets.
  • Record design decisions, brand guidance and asset inventories for each client so they can be reused during renewal conversations.

What you bring

  • Proven ability to lead or independently run creative workshops or discovery sessions with stakeholders and turn those conversations into design direction.
  • Strong hands-on experience creating wireframes, design mockups and asset specifications.
  • Ability to produce digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating or editing video content for digital channels using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted creative tools and stock image/video libraries to source and adapt visuals efficiently.
  • Good grasp of visual consistency, typography, layout and colour theory for digital interfaces.
  • A degree or similar qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI Design or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

Track record and working style

The ideal candidate has contributed to or led the design stage of client or stakeholder projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with project teams and clients and keeping work on schedule in a busy environment. Experience facilitating design workshops, producing wireframe sets and contributing to shared asset libraries is highly relevant.

Fluent English is required, as client communication is a key part of the role. The successful person should also demonstrate creative ownership, confidence presenting ideas in virtual settings, collaborative working style, self-direction, resourcefulness and curiosity about employee engagement platforms.

Why join Epassi

You’ll be joining a fast-growing international company with a meaningful mission, operating in more than 10 countries with over 1,000 employees across Europe. The role offers a supportive environment where your work has visible impact and you can continue to develop your skills.

  • A comprehensive and flexible benefits package, including fully funded healthcare services, dental insurance, life assurance, discounted health screenings, carbon-offsetting and forest-planting initiatives, access to an employee incentive scheme and a health and wellbeing fund.
  • Optional benefits such as Cycle to Work, a tech scheme with an interest-free loan, an EV salary-sacrifice car scheme, holiday discounts through UTC, and the ability to buy or sell holiday.
  • Your birthday as an extra day off.
  • A personalised development plan, annual training budget and full access to Coursera.
  • A friendly office community in Haywards Heath and Leatherhead, with stocked drinks, fresh fruit, snacks and regular company-sponsored team events.
  • 25 days of annual leave based on a 5-day working week, with flexibility to adjust this through the buy/sell holiday scheme.
  • Mental wellbeing support through professional coaching and a confidential employee assistance programme.
