Role Overview
This position is based in Sonipat, Haryana and focuses on ground operations and courier support activities at station and hub locations. The role is centered on ensuring that movement, handling, and dispatch processes run accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
Key Duties
- Handle on-road ground operations, including dispatch and pickup-and-delivery tasks.
- Carry out sorting-related activities such as picking and packing as needed.
- Support both international and domestic pickup and delivery work.
- Manage customer service interactions connected to courier operations.
- Help complete operational work at station and hub locations, including ramp and sort activities where required.
- Ensure all assigned processes are completed safely and on time.
