Role Overview

This position involves day-to-day ground operations work in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The courier role supports dispatch, pickups, deliveries, packing, and station/hub activities, including both domestic and international movement of shipments.

Key Work Areas

• Handle on-road ground operations and dispatch activity.
• Carry out pickup and delivery tasks for domestic and international shipments.
• Assist with picking, packing, and movement of parcels.
• Support station and hub processes, which may include ramp and sort operations as well as courier and despatch work.
• Ensure all operational steps are completed safely and on schedule.
• Provide customer service support as part of the role.
